Elite Training Specialist Details
NESTA's Elite Training Specialist is a 3-program bundle of Biomechanics Specialist, Core Conditioning Specialist, and Functional Training Specialist.
BMS - This biomechanics course is comprehensive and yet presented in a very easy-to-follow format. Human biomechanics and the mechanical analysis of human performance come down to how the joints and muscles interact during motion and how the stress upon the joints hinders or helps movement during athletics.
CCS - The goal of core stability training is to effectively recruit the trunk musculature and then learn to control the position of the lumbar spine during dynamic movements by using the deep trunk muscles, Transversus-Abdominis (TA), multifidus (MF), Internal Oblique (IO), paraspinal, pelvic floor.
FTS - Functional training is the utilization of exercises which involve complex, multi-joint movements of the upper body, core and lower body in each exercise. Just because the body CAN move in a given direction does not necessarily mean that it should be reinforced through repetitive movement patterns, with explosive tempo and/or heavy loads. You need more information before making such choices.
