Pilates Teacher Training CourseThe effects of these Pilates training method techniques are astounding. Similar to the renowned Pilates seen on TV, Spencer Pilates™ specializaion demonstrates advanced mat techniques and "Pilates on the ball" movements. Spencer Pilates™ takes the traditional Pilates exercises a step further.
Continuing Education Units : NESTA 1.5 CEUs, ISSA 20 CEUs, 24hr Fitness 2.0 CEUs, Spencer Institute 2.0 CEUs
Prerequisites : Moderate flexibility, comprehension of English, basic fitness experience
