Getting started:
1. Take a moment to identify that you have all of your course materials.
2. Please familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures. If there are packaging errors or items damaged we will gladly cover any expenses involved with making your order correct. NOTE: Our customer service department must be made aware of any discrepancies within 30 days of receipt of your order: cs@nestacertified.com.
3. Insert the CD-ROM marked "Manual" in your computer's CD drive.
If the CD-ROM does not autoplay, click on the "Start" button on the bottom left of your screen.
Windows: Click on "My Computer." Double-click your CD drive (names may vary, it might say the NESTA program name, D:, DVD-RAM, CD-ROM, etc.) Then double-click the file marked "Manual."
MAC Users: Click on Hard Drive Icon and then CD-ROM Icon.
Problems playing videos or opening course manuals:
1. Please download the newest version of Adobe Reader here: ![]()
2. Please download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player here: ![]()
3. Follow the installation instructions and restart your computer.
