Steaming Video Presentations
If you’re experiencing issues with video streaming, trying using a different internet browser. Chrome and Firefox work best, download and install them, then try again with the new browser.
Exam Format
All exams are compatible on iPad, iPhone, Android, MAC and Windows.
- Make sure you have the latest web browser installed. Preferably Google Chrome
- Exam password is case sensitive.
- Please use the same email as provided at the time of ordering.
- If after entering the required fields and the exam loops back to re-enter the fields, use Google Chrome and open an Incognito window to clear all web browser cache and history and try the exam again.
- If you continue to experience issues, please take a video or snapshot of the error and email our Support Team for further assitance.
