Passing the NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification Exam is very important to you. It’s the exam that gives you a professional credential and opens doors at health clubs, gyms, fitness centers, spas and resorts around the world. You want to sit for your exam and feeling incredibly confident and in control. This is how you do it.
Here are the details:
There are 125 questions in the sample test, and the questions are broken into the same subject domains (just as in the actual NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer exam)
15% Business Application
25% Program Design
25% Exercise Science
35% Program Implementation
There is no penalty for guessing if you are not sure of an answer.
Once you have clicked on the “Submit” button, you will not be able to change your answer
The “Virtual Classroom” only has a limited number of seats (i.e. only a certain number of students can take the test at one time). While we do not foresee this being an issue, if you log in to take the exam and you get an error message, please wait 30 minutes and try again
NOTE: On this sample test, you will be told if you answered each question correctly. YOU WILL NOT BE SHOWN THIS ON THE ACTUAL Personal Fitness Trainer Exam.
You will have 2 hours to complete the actual NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification exam. However, the time limit has been removed on the Sample Test/Practice Exam.
IMPORTANT: Once you register for the practice exam by itself (below), or as part of the entire NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, you will receive an email giving access to begin your practice exams. It will take 24-48 business hours to be added to the exam room.
